It is the aforementioned quality that is an absolute priority for us. Our skills, expertise and the work we put into the continuous development and improvement of our production techniques have resulted in a product that few companies can match.
We work hard to always rise to the occasion. We have also taken a number of measures to ensure that we are confident about every single component, even the smallest one, that leaves our factory and goes out into the world to meet the customer. All the components that make up the sets are manufactured exclusively by us, which not only allows us to modify the design according to the customer's wishes and personalise it accordingly, but also gives us control over the entire creation stage, from raw material to finished product. Full supervision and a detailed quality management system guarantee the highest standards.
However, ensuring the appropriate level of our products is not only about strict control, but also about the quality of the components themselves, which together form the finished structures. Each of them has all the necessary approvals and certificates. It is to these that our products owe the European CE product conformity certificate. We laser-cut and galvanise or powder-coat the elements serving as the reinforcement frame, which ensures resistance to all adverse weather conditions. The tents, on the other hand, are made of top-quality impregnated cotton, which also resists the elements such as water, sun or mould. The fabric is also non-combustible, which guarantees safety during use. Adding to this the ideal weight, fit and high strength construction results in roofs that will last for many years.
Our efforts were recognised and rewarded in 2022. After months of research and testing on the roofs by TUV Nord and the German Government's Traffic Department (KBA), the Volkswagen T5, T6, T6.1 short and long roofs have received German ABE approval. We are extremely proud to be able to boast certified, safe and top-quality products with which you can set off with ease on even the longest of expeditions. And while we are extremely pleased with the awards, customer satisfaction is always our most important reward.
